The Turtle Beach Corporation is a global gaming accessory manufacturer based in San Diego, California. It produces gaming headsets for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices (including tablets).
We were approached by Turtle Beach to design and build the Turtle Beach Procademy website. The website is a portal that allows retailer staff to consume content and then answers questions about the products. By engaging staff at various European retailers and creating in-store brand ambassadors, staff were fuelled with technical knowledge which would minimise project returns due to user error.
The portal allowed higher level retailer staff members to track their teams’ progress to make sure all the staff are participating and building their knowledge on the relevant Turtle Beach products. Staff were incentivised throughout the process, with Turtle Beach offering free product giveaways, discounts and various partnership rewards.
